Helping tribes move to self-governance on modern systems

Lakeraven helps tribes plan and carry out the move from IHS-run systems to health programs they run themselves. We combine transition planning, data and workflow mapping, our own software, and hands-on coaching, so the systems stay yours after we leave.

    We help tribal leadership weigh the self-governance path, pursue IHS planning and negotiation funding, and lay the legal, budget and organizational groundwork, always at the Nation’s direction.

    We work with your leadership and staff to map what moves, what changes, and when, from the systems you run today to the ones you’ll own.

  • Map your data and workflows
    We document the records and the ways of working your staff depend on, so the move to new systems doesn’t ask them to start over.

  • Run modern systems
    Our software covers Purchased/Referred Care and program reporting, with a modern EHR coming soon. Use the pieces you need. Each one works on its own.

  • Build your team’s capacity
    We train and coach your staff so the systems stay yours after we leave.

Our Products

  • Corvid (early access): Purchased/Referred Care, from referral to authorization against your budget. Works alongside the EHR you already use.
  • Lakeraven EHR (coming soon): a modern EHR powered by RPMS, the system Indian health clinics have run for decades.
  • Rook (early access): quality reporting for tribal health programs, starting with GPRA measures. UDS reporting is in development.
